It doesn't connect to the app through the wifi. Suear doesn't connect.Seems like a faulty product. It's non-returnable as well.
I recently bought this ear cleaning tool from Amazon and I’m incredibly impressed. The built-in camera is a total game changer — I can clearly see inside my ear in real time using the app, which makes the whole process much safer and more precise than using regular cotton swabs. The image quality is sharp, the lighting is bright, and the connection to my phone was quick and easy. The tool itself feels well-made, lightweight, and comfortable to use. The different interchangeable tips are gentle and thoughtfully designed, and the battery life has been excellent so far. I also appreciate how hygienic and easy to clean everything is.Overall, this device gives me peace of mind and helps me maintain ear hygiene with confidence. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a smarter and more effective ear cleaning solution!

The quality of the product is very good and it is very useful and the app installation is very easy and anyone can Use it
Good thing to play with (but age 14+). It is effective and cleans the inner ear nicely. You can see though the camera and check where is the dust/ wax or why is it itching. Easy to use, once you connect to the ear cleaner using wifi, the camera starts and displays visible parts on the screen. There are other tools also given in the box, but I don't know how to use them. The usb charging cable is decent and won't break easily. Worth trial.
This is best ear wax remover, as it connects so easily and camera latency is so less which is very useful because it's ear. And in this price range I didn't expected this quality.
